How It Works

Whether you’re outfitting your team, planning a promo campaign, or building your brand—here’s how we bring efficiency and clarity to every order.

  • Submit your project details using the form. Tell us your shirt type, quantity, logo, and deadline. If we need anything else, we’ll follow up before building your estimate.

  • You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate and a digital design proof (if applicable). This is your chance to request changes to:

    • Quantity

    • Product type or material

    • Sizing or placement

    Note: Design work and production begin only after the invoice is paid.

  • Once you approve the estimate and design, we’ll send an invoice. Your order moves into production after payment is received in full.

  • We’ll begin your order and keep you updated if anything changes. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days, but we always aim to deliver sooner when possible.

  • When your order is ready, we’ll reach out to coordinate pickup, local delivery, or shipping—whichever option works best for you.

  • Need more? We’ll save your specs, making reorders fast, accurate, and hassle-free.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional 20% fee, with turnaround in as little as 3–5 business days, depending on our current production schedule. Be sure to let us know in your quote request if you have a hard deadline.
